Currently looking for a Nurse Manger to oversee multiple Internal Medicine offices in the Southern North Carolina area. This is great opportunity to work with a dynamic energetic team of professionals dedicated to medical excellence.
This role is truly a Management position and would be a great opportunity for an RN looking to transition into the Administrative path.
The Nurse Manager would be responsible to:
Ensuring the efficiency of all daily operations of the clinical areas.
All office, hospital, and out patient scheduling
Providing all patient and staff education
Development of educational materials, triage protocols, and clinical guidelines
Budget Planning
Staffing planning
Quality Improvement/Project Management
Conduct regular staff meetings
Training and development of nursing staff
Evaluation of nursing staff
Supports, monitors, and maintains regulatory requirements and patient safety
Identify areas for operational, financial, and departmental improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years clinical management experience
Bachelors Degree,Masters preferred
Current RN license
Experience with Multi-Specialty Physician Groups
Experience with Cardiology, Endocrinology, Infectious Diseases, or Neurology preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
