Basic Job Description/Responsibilities for LPN:
Attend to the medical care of assigned residents, which includes:
Assessment planning, implementation and evaluation into each resident's plan of care; Clinical hands-on nursing providing care and treatment of children/adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities; Administer prescribed medication and treatments; Assist with hospitalizations and plan of care post hospitalization; Monitor health status and/or needs of all assigned; provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system.
Member of the interdisciplinary team Required Job Skills/
Experience:
Valid LPN License for NC; CPR & First Aid certification.
Preferred Job Skills/
Experience:
Nursing experience with individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and/or acute care.
